Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Manage the general ledger, ensuring all entries are accurate and reconciled.
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable operations to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Assist in the preparation of year-end audits and tax filings.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to the finance leadership team.
- Streamline accounting processes and implement best practices for efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA preferred).
- 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or Sage) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of US tax laws and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
