Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile complex multi-entity accounting systems
- Prepare monthly financial statements and executive dashboards
- Manage payroll processing and tax compliance for diverse portfolios
- Lead month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Implement and optimize accounting software workflows
- Collaborate with CFOs on strategic financial analysis
- Train junior staff on accounting best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years experience in senior bookkeeping roles
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise and Excel
- Proven track record with multi-state tax compliance
- Advanced knowledge of GAAP and SOX requirements
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or similar designation
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
