Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business optimization
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning
- Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for executive leadership and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support decision-making through financial insights
- Lead month-end and quarter-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting
- Conduct variance analysis between actual performance and financial projections
- Drive process improvements in financial reporting and data analytics workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or financial services
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query) and financial modeling
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and business intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present to executive audiences
