Responsibilities
- Process accurate and timely payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations (AZ labor laws)
- Manage time and attendance records, deductions, and garnishments
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries
- Generate payroll reports for finance and HR leadership
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and terminations
- Conduct quarterly and annual payroll audits
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience (multi-state preferred)
- Proficiency with ADP or similar payroll software
- Deep understanding of FLSA, ACA, and Arizona payroll regulations
- Advanced Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables)
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Business or equivalent experience
- PHR or CPP certification strongly preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication abilities
