Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15-20 high-net-worth clients
- Prepare and analyze financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Conduct bank reconciliations and variance analysis
- Implement QuickBooks and ERP system optimizations
- Collaborate with CFOs on strategic financial planning
- Maintain strict compliance with IRS and state regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of bookkeeping experience with high-volume clients
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Experience with ERP systems (Sage 100 or NetSuite)
