Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile complex general ledger accounts across diverse industries
- Prepare month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial statements
- Manage payroll processing and tax compliance for 15-20 clients
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles and cash flow management
- Implement and optimize QuickBooks Online enterprise systems
- Coordinate annual tax preparation with CPA partners
- Train junior staff on accounting software best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years experience in full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple clients
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel (advanced functions)
- Deep knowledge of Washington state tax regulations
- Proven ability to manage high-volume transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills for client relationship management
