Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Manage accounts payable/receivable with 100% accuracy and timely processing
- Conduct internal audits and reconcile bank accounts monthly
- Oversee payroll processing for 100+ employees with weekly pay cycles
- Develop financial forecasts and variance analysis for executive leadership
- Collaborate with tax professionals for quarterly/annual filings
- Maintain digital records using QuickBooks Enterprise and Excel automation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience in mid-sized firms
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems
- Expert knowledge of GAAP, SOX compliance, and tax regulations
- Proven track record of managing payroll cycles and financial reporting
- Certifications (CPA, CMA) or actively pursuing preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
