Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile complex general ledger accounts across 15+ entities
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports with variance analysis
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and payroll processing for diverse industries
- Oversee month-end/year-end closing procedures and audit support
- Implement and optimize QuickBooks Enterprise and Xero integrations
- Lead accounts reconciliation for bank, credit card, and investment accounts
- Develop financial controls and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping for multi-entity organizations
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise and Xero platforms
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
- Proven experience with sales tax compliance across multiple states
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail (0.1% reconciliation tolerance)
- Ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
