Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15+ high-net-worth clients
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reports
- Oversee payroll processing and tax compliance for multiple entities
- Implement and optimize QuickBooks Enterprise systems
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities
- Maintain detailed fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules
- Lead month-end closing processes with zero-tolerance for errors
Qualifications
- 5+ years of senior-level bookkeeping experience
- CPA certification or equivalent advanced accounting degree
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise and Excel VLOOKUP
- Proven track record with multi-state tax compliance
- Experience with construction or manufacturing accounting preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail with 99.9% accuracy rate
