Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledgers, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis for client portfolios
- Manage payroll processing and tax compliance across multiple entities
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing procedures with audit support
- Implement and optimize bookkeeping workflows using QuickBooks Online
- Collaborate with CFOs on budget forecasting and financial strategy
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience with multi-entity portfolios
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel (Advanced Functions)
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or QuickBooks ProAdvisor designation preferred
- Proven track record in payroll processing and tax filing
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Exceptional attention to detail with zero-error financial reporting
- Strong analytical skills for variance analysis and process improvement
