The Role
Your expertise will be the backbone of our financial operations. You will handle complex reconciliations, manage client accounts, and ensure compliance with local and federal regulations.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of bookkeeping, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements monthly with high precision.
- Prepare and post journal entries to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
- Maintain and organize financial records and documentation for audits.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks Online, Xero) and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
