Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with precision
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 50+ employees using ADP
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and vendor relationships
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports
- Assist with annual audits and tax preparation documentation
- Implement and maintain QuickBooks Online for 15+ clients
- Oversee bank reconciliations and cash flow management
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Advanced QuickBooks Online certification required
- Expertise in payroll processing and tax compliance
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Experience with construction or real estate accounting
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) designation a plus
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
