Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15-20 diverse business clients
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with actionable insights
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Coordinate with tax preparers for quarterly filings
- Implement QuickBooks Online optimization strategies
- Lead client training on financial management tools
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Advanced QuickBooks Online certification required
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Expertise in multi-entity accounting systems
- Proficiency in Excel with advanced formula knowledge
