Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile monthly bank statements and general ledger accounts.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely.
- Prepare and issue financial reports, including balance sheets and profit and loss statements.
- Assist with monthly and quarterly payroll processing and tax filings.
- Perform regular audits to ensure financial data integrity and compliance.
- Maintain and organize financial records and supporting documentation.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and/or Sage 50.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
