Responsibilities
- Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing accurately and efficiently.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to meet and exceed their expectations.
- Cross-sell bank products and services, such as credit cards, savings accounts, and mortgages, to enhance customer relationships.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Assist with maintaining the lobby, ATMs, and branch security protocols.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with patience and professionalism.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; prior banking experience is a plus.
- Strong mathematical skills with the ability to handle cash transactions with high accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Must pass a background check and a credit check.
- Familiarity with banking software and POS systems is preferred.
