Responsibilities
- Process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments accurately and efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through personalized and professional service.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, daily transactions, and financial product information.
- Balance daily cash drawers and reconcile transactions to ensure compliance.
- Identify and cross-sell bank products and services to meet branch goals.
- Resolve customer issues and escalate complex concerns to the branch manager.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior cash handling or banking experience is a strong plus.
- Strong mathematical skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
- Must pass a background check and credit check.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
