Responsibilities
- Process daily financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, with 100% accuracy.
- Cash checks and maintain accurate cash drawers and vault balances at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving account issues efficiently.
- Cross-sell bank products and services, such as savings accounts and credit cards, to meet branch goals.
- Adhere to strict compliance regulations and bank security protocols.
- Assist in opening new accounts and processing account closures as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Finance preferred.
- Previous experience as a Teller or in a customer service role is a plus.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic proficiency with computer systems and cash handling equipment.
