Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with accuracy and efficiency including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Provide exceptional service to bank clients, addressing inquiries about accounts, products, and services
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products and services
- Maintain strict adherence to banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions
- Assist with new account openings and documentation
- Contribute to a positive team environment through collaboration and knowledge sharing
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or cash handling
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with banking systems
- Must pass background check and fingerprinting
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
