Responsibilities
- Process 50+ daily transactions with 99% accuracy, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding accounts, fees, and digital banking services
- Cross-sell bank products (credit cards, loans, savings accounts) based on client needs
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawer daily and report discrepancies to branch manager
- Support branch operations by scheduling appointments and assisting with marketing campaigns
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with banking software (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry)
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 10-15 lbs
- Basic knowledge of banking regulations (Regulation E, BSA)
