Responsibilities
- Process daily cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with 100% accuracy.
- Manage cash drawer balancing and reconcile daily transactions.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service for account inquiries and product information.
- Identify and cross-sell banking products, such as credit cards, loans, and savings accounts, to meet customer needs.
- Ensure strict adherence to all bank security policies and regulatory compliance standards.
- Assist in opening new accounts and processing loan applications under supervision.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; previous experience in a retail or banking environment is highly preferred.
- Strong mathematical aptitude and the ability to handle cash transactions with precision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
- Must pass a background check and a credit check as part of the hiring process.
