Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with precision including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Resolve account inquiries and provide personalized financial guidance
- Cross-sell bank products and services aligned with customer needs
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and audit compliance
- Operate multi-function teller terminals and digital banking tools
- Contribute to branch security protocols and fraud prevention
- Participate in community outreach events
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Proficiency with banking software and MS Office Suite
- Strong mathematical accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Valid CA driver's license (for occasional branch travel)
