Responsibilities
- Process complex financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, wire transfers, and loan payments
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized service and financial guidance
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding accounts, services, and digital banking platforms
- Execute daily branch operations including cash management, balancing, and audit compliance
- Actively cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs
- Train junior tellers on operational procedures and customer service excellence
- Uphold strict regulatory standards including BSA/AML protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of cash handling experience in financial services
- Proven track record in customer relationship management
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Familiarity with banking software (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
- Professional appearance and service-oriented mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
