Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with accuracy, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments
- Balance cash drawers and maintain strict adherence to security protocols
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for banking products and services
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining professional demeanor
- Operate banking software and digital platforms for transaction processing
- Assist with new account openings and basic account maintenance
- Contribute to branch cleanliness and operational efficiency standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and banking software
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual preferred)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Must pass background check and pre-employment screening
