Responsibilities
- Process daily financial transactions, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, ensuring absolute accuracy.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients, answering inquiries, and resolving account-related issues efficiently.
- Accurately balance cash drawers and reconcile transactions at the end of each shift.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to promote savings accounts, credit cards, and other financial products to new and existing clients.
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby, ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors.
- Adhere to all banking regulations, compliance policies, and strict security protocols.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in cash handling or customer service preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Basic math proficiency and a high level of attention to detail are essential.
- Proficiency in using Windows-based computer applications and point-of-sale systems.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs when necessary.
