Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Greet customers warmly and resolve account inquiries or complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Identify and cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs.
- Monitor cash drawers and balance daily transactions to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure branch environment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Finance or Business is a plus.
- Previous experience as a bank teller or in customer service is preferred.
- Strong math skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
