The Role:

Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts monthly to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital financial records.
- Assist with year-end tax preparations and filing requirements.
- Perform general ledger maintenance and account analysis.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks Pro/Online, Xero, or Sage) is required.
- Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
