Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with meticulous attention to detail
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements including balance sheets and income statements
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and optimize cash flow processes
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with federal/state tax regulations
- Implement and maintain internal controls for financial systems
- Collaborate with auditors during financial examinations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive bookkeeping experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
- Proven track record of managing multi-entity accounting systems
- Deep understanding of GAAP principles and IRS regulations
- Exceptional analytical skills with zero tolerance for errors
