Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15-20 diverse client portfolios
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes with 99% accuracy
- Reconcile bank accounts and resolve discrepancies within 48 hours
- Implement and optimize QuickBooks Online solutions
- Collaborate with CFOs on strategic financial planning initiatives
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and California tax regulations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online/Xero
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- CPA or equivalent certification a plus
- Expert-level Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Proven experience with multi-entity accounting
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Strong communication skills for client interactions
