Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and bank reconciliations
- Lead month-end closing processes and variance analysis
- Support tax preparation and audit coordination efforts
- Implement process improvements using financial software (QuickBooks/NetSuite)
- Ad-hoc reporting for executive stakeholders and clients
- Maintain internal controls documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
- QuickBooks/NetSuite implementation experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Remote work experience required
