Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile multi-entity accounting systems with 99.9% accuracy
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis for 15+ clients
- Oversee A/R, A/P, payroll, and tax compliance processes
- Implement and optimize QuickBooks/Xero integrations
- Lead month-end closing procedures with strict deadlines
- Provide financial insights to support client growth strategies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online/Xero and Excel
- CPA or AA degree in Accounting preferred
- Proven experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage 15+ client portfolios simultaneously
