Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Build relationships by identifying cross-sell opportunities for bank products and services
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to branch management
- Balance cash drawer and daily transactions with meticulous attention to detail
- Support branch operations by assisting with new account openings and documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cash handling experience in a customer service role
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Proficiency with banking software and MS Office applications
- Strong mathematical aptitude and error detection skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
