Responsibilities
- Process Transactions: Accurately handle a high volume of cash, check, and electronic deposits and withdrawals while maintaining strict cash drawer balance.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to our clients, answering inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Relationship Building: Act as a brand ambassador for Premier Community Bank, identifying cross-selling opportunities for our suite of financial products.
- Operational Support: Assist in branch operations, including lobby management, ATM maintenance, and handling mail and night depository drops.
- Compliance: Adhere to all bank policies, regulatory requirements, and security protocols to ensure the safety of bank assets and customer information.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in banking, retail, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Skills: Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail; proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and banking software (e.g., FIS, Mosaic) is a plus.
- Attributes: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; strong ethical standards.
