Responsibilities
- Process Transactions: Accurately and efficiently handle cash deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments.
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries regarding accounts and products, and resolve issues with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Sales Support: Identify opportunities to cross-sell our banking products and services to meet branch sales goals.
- Asset Protection: Monitor the lobby and drive-thru for suspicious activity and ensure the safety of all bank assets.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate daily settlement records and reconcile cash drawers at the end of the shift.
- Team Collaboration: Assist with opening and closing procedures, lobby maintenance, and supporting the branch manager.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, retail, or cash handling preferred.
- Skills: Strong math skills with the ability to handle large sums of cash accurately.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Software: Proficiency with Windows-based applications and POS systems.
- Availability: Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required by the branch schedule.
