- Analyze A/R aging reports and implement collection strategies
- Train junior billing staff on HIPAA-compliant procedures
- Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure accurate charge capture
- Conduct monthly revenue cycle performance audits
- Optimize billing workflows using Epic EMR systems
Qualifications
- 5+ years of medical billing experience with commercial and government payers
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or equivalent credential required
- Expertise in CPT/ICD-10 coding and CMS-1500 forms
- Advanced proficiency in Epic Resolute and DenialX software
- Proven track record of reducing DSO by 15%+ in previous roles
- Strong analytical skills with experience in revenue cycle metrics
- Ability to maintain 99.5% claim accuracy rate
