Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and account transfers.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to build long-lasting relationships.
- Identify and cross-sell bank products and services to meet branch sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all daily transactions and reconcile cash drawers at the end of each shift.
- Assist customers with account inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and care.
- Adhere to all banking regulations, compliance standards, and internal policies.
- Collaborate with the branch team to ensure a smooth and organized customer experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous cash handling and customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong math skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic proficiency with computer systems and point-of-sale (POS) software.
