Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile multi-company general ledger accounts with 100% accuracy
- Prepare month-end closing reports and financial statements within tight deadlines
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles for high-volume transactions
- Oversee payroll processing and tax compliance for 50+ employees
- Implement and optimize QuickBooks Online systems for efficiency
- Conduct internal audits and ensure SOX compliance
- Support CFO with financial forecasting and variance analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience in B2B environments
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel (VBA a plus)
- Proven experience with multi-state tax compliance and payroll systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for complex reconciliations
- Experience with SaaS or tech industry clients highly desirable
- Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification required
