As a Bank Teller, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied and secure. You will handle complex transactions, solve problems, and build relationships that drive our business forward.
Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to build lasting relationships.
- Assist customers with account inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Identify and cross-sell bank products and services to meet branch goals.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain the security of the branch, including the safe and vault procedures.
- Keep the lobby and work areas organized and welcoming for visitors.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; prior banking experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong math skills with the ability to handle cash accurately and quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of integrity, trustworthiness, and attention to detail.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with financial software.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
