Responsibilities
- Process daily transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Build client relationships through personalized financial guidance and product recommendations
- Maintain cash drawer compliance and perform daily balancing procedures
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding account balances, fees, and digital banking tools
- Support branch operations through fraud detection, compliance documentation, and security protocols
- Participate in community outreach initiatives to promote financial literacy
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve branch sales targets and service excellence goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency in banking software and MS Office applications
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic knowledge of financial regulations (Regulation E, BSA)
