Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with precision
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries, explaining products/services, and building relationships
- Balance cash drawer daily and adhere to strict compliance protocols
- Cross-sell bank products (checking, savings, loans) based on customer needs
- Maintain accurate transaction records and uphold security standards
- Assist with branch operations including ATM maintenance and vault duties
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual preferred)
