Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving account issues with a smile.
- Identify and cross-sell banking products and services to meet branch sales goals.
- Assist with branch operations, including opening and closing procedures and security audits.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional teller workstation.
- Follow all banking regulations and compliance procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous cash handling or customer service experience is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Strong mathematical skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and bank software.
- Must pass a background check and credit check.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
