Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledgers, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll systems
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis for 50+ clients
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and Pennsylvania state tax regulations
- Manage bank reconciliations and cash flow forecasting
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes
- Collaborate with tax preparation team for quarterly filings
- Implement process improvements using QuickBooks Online and Excel
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of Pennsylvania tax requirements
- CPA or advanced certification preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
