Responsibilities
- Execute complex financial transactions including wire transfers, foreign currency exchanges, and merchant services
- Build and maintain high-value client relationships through personalized financial guidance
- Lead branch operations during peak hours and mentor junior tellers on compliance protocols
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for premium banking products and investment services
- Resolve escalated customer inquiries with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Maintain 100% audit compliance for cash handling and regulatory reporting

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in high-volume retail banking environment
- Proven expertise in complex financial transactions and regulatory compliance
