Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive financial analysis, including variance analysis and trend forecasting to support budgeting and long-term planning.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to assess profitability and project future financial performance.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive review.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks and opportunities within the financial data.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and materials for board meetings and stakeholder reviews.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in financial analysis, modeling, or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial reporting software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and derive meaningful insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule effectively.
