Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and long-term planning.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting and budgeting scenarios.
- Monitor budget performance and provide actionable insights to management.
- Assist in the preparation of internal and external audit requests and regulatory filings.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements to optimize financial performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or FP&A roles.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a flexible, remote-friendly environment.
