Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Greet customers warmly and provide superior customer service to resolve inquiries and issues.
- Verify all financial documents for accuracy and compliance with bank policies.
- Maintain the cash drawer and balance the till at the end of every shift.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for products like savings accounts and credit cards.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and secure branch environment.
- Adhere to strict security protocols and anti-money laundering regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous cash handling experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong mathematical skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency.
- Must pass a background check and credit check.
