Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with precision
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles
- Process payroll and tax filings accurately
- Oversee bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring
- Implement and improve accounting systems
- Support annual audits and tax preparations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Strong GAAP knowledge and regulatory compliance skills
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- CPA or certification preferred
- Experience with multi-client accounting systems
