Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile multi-entity accounting systems using QuickBooks Online
- Prepare monthly financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow analyses
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles and manage vendor/client relationships
- Coordinate with auditors during quarterly/annual reviews
- Implement and improve internal financial controls and processes
- Assist with budget preparation and variance analysis
- Manage payroll processing for 50+ employees
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Expertise in GAAP compliance and financial reporting standards
- Experience with multi-state tax filing and payroll systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and client management abilities
- Proven ability to meet deadlines in high-volume environments
