Responsibilities
- Process and review invoices for accuracy, ensuring timely submission to clients
- Manage accounts receivable, including follow-up on overdue payments
- Resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries within SLAs
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams on contract terms and revenue recognition
- Generate monthly billing reports and financial summaries
- Maintain compliance with healthcare/industry billing regulations
- Optimize billing processes using ERP systems like SAP or Oracle
Qualifications
- 3+ years of billing or accounts receivable experience
- Proficiency in medical or utility billing systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and revenue recognition principles
- Advanced Excel skills with data visualization capabilities
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Certification in Medical Billing (CPC) or equivalent preferred
