Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end billing lifecycle including invoice generation, payment processing, and collections
- Resolve billing discrepancies and disputes with clients and internal departments
- Ensure compliance with healthcare billing regulations (HIPAA, CMS) and company policies
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers and resolve outstanding payment issues
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing inquiries
- Generate monthly billing reports and analyze trends for financial forecasting
- Maintain accurate billing databases and documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical billing or complex accounts receivable experience
- Expertise in billing software (Epic, Cerner, or similar) and MS Office Suite
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or equivalent certification preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to resolve complex billing disputes and client communications
