Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile multi-currency accounts for UK and international clients
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and monthly payroll processing
- Prepare VAT returns and ensure HMRC compliance
- Generate financial reports and variance analysis for executive review
- Implement and maintain digital bookkeeping systems (Xero/QuickBooks)
- Liaise with auditors and tax authorities during compliance cycles
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in full-cycle bookkeeping
- AAT/CIMA certification or equivalent accounting qualification
- Advanced proficiency in Xero, QuickBooks, and Excel
- Strong understanding of UK GAAP and international accounting standards
- Exceptional attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Experience managing multi-currency transactions
